Casa Infotech Limited agrees to sell and the the customer agrees to buy through Casa Infotech Limited.
Consumer Guarantees Act
You may have certain rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) that cannot be excluded or limited, if you are buying goods normally bought for personal, domestic or household use. if you are buying for business or trade then you agree that the consumer guarantee provided in the the CGA does not apply. you also agree that we do not provide Express Guarantee as defined in the act.
Omission or Errors
We are entitled to correction of all omission and errors (clerical, computation or otherwise ) in any form ( quotation , prices invoice acknowledgement or advertising.)
While we endeavour to keep the stock levels and pricing accurante, we cannot be held responsible for any errors . We will notifiy you the customer promptly of any omissions or errors discovered by us and we will provide the customer a full refund.
Goods and Products Desription
Please inform us if the goods do not match the description on our Website. While we do our best to provide accurate description of the goods on our Website , we rely on our supliers and product manufacturers to provide us with the right information.
We cannot be held liable for any errors in product information, its images , or video content.
If the item cannot be sourced at the same or lower price we are not required to send an item of higher value. A full refund of the original item is sufficient.
Delivery of Goods
We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred due to delay in delivery. Delivery timeframes for goods are done in good faith and are estimated. Goods may be delivered by instalments or in one delivery.
All goods are on a signature courier delivery service. If you have an arrangement in place with our couriers providers or if you have requested the goods to be left with no signature, or if you have a designated area for courier drop off , then we accept no responsibility for lost goods.
Backorders and Out of Stock
If the customer orders a product and it is found to be out of stock, we reserve the right to put the product on Backorder and provide you with an ETA.. The customer may ask Casa Infotech fo an Alternative product if available and the price difference to be paid by the customer if it is higher or difference refunded if the price is lower. If the ETA is too far away, you can cancel the order for a full refund.
Credit or Refund
Credit or Refunds are accepted based on the reason for return and are the decision of Casa Infotech Limited.
Full credits are accepted for undamged and unopened goods within 7 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 15% applies for for all opened and or damaged goods.
Due to copyright regulations , Software cannot be returned.
Opened and or damaged Inks and Toners cannot be returned
Incompatibility issues are the customers responsiblity. if you are unsure about the compatibility of the product Please contact us before making the purchase.
We cannot accept any product missing its accessories and it packaging. Please ensure all accessories and packaging are returned .
Warranty and Faulty Returns
All goods usually have a 1 year warranty . All goods specify their warranty period. if the warranty is not specified , please contact Casa Infotech Limited.
All goods are supplied by New Zealand Distributors and all warranties are supported in NZ. On the occasion that the product is unavailable and is unavailable then either an alternative product or credit will be offered.
Warranty doesnt cover damge from misuse , accident, negligent , inappropiate or improper use , maintainenece, modification , overclocking, or adjustment
Software, Inks and Toners do not have a warranty. Please check with the Manufacturers for Technical Support with the Manufacturers.
The customer is responsible for sending back the faulty product.
Faulty returns are covered by Casa Infotech Limited or the Manufacturer.

Casa Infotech Limited shall not be liable to the customer for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay in delivery of the goods, or failure to perform any term of this contract where such delay or failure is caused directly or indirectly by an act of God, fire, armed conflict, labour dispute, civil commotion, intervention of a government, inability to obtain materials , labour or facilities and accidents, interruptions of, or delay in transportation or any other cause beyond the seller’s control.
