It will only connect to Casa Infotech Limited through full encryption, based on RSA private-/public key exchange and AES (256 Bit) session encoding. This technology is based on the same standards as https/SSL and is considered completely safe by today’s standards.

Our systems notify our helpdesk of thing that may be going wrong such as CPU, Memory, Hard Disk Capacity and error even before you notice. Error messages from your PC are sent to our helpdesk and our helpdesk staff uses these error messages to resolve any issue on your Computer.
- On Site Support
In case any issue cannot be resolved remotely then a technician is sent out to you to resolve the problem on your PC. Standard charges apply based on your package.
- Email Support
A dedicated email address is provided based on your package and a Helpdesk Staff will respond to the request.

Our CITLCARE software tool installed in your PC runs daily tasks so as to optimise your PC, so you can have a healthy pc available to you on a daily basis.
- Remote Hardware Monitoring
We will monitor moving parts in your PC and will ensure they are optimised and running efficiently. In case of a suspected failure a technician within reason will receive notification and will escalate the job to fix or contact the user.
- Backup Monitoring
We monitor your backup on a daily basis. . We also provide backup solution where you data can be stored offsite. This is done online and only incremental data is sent online to a secure and encrypted server.

In this process we collect and store all the details pertaining to your hardware and Software. This will enable you to make an informed decision and have the knowledge on your assets in your business.
- Reporting
Weekly / Monthly reports are sent to you to inform you of issue that may have been fixed even without you knowing.
- Priority Response
For the Platinum Customer: – This is included in your package and the response is within 2 business hours.
For the Gold Customer: – The response is within 4 business hours.
For the Silver Customer: – The response is within 8 business hours
- Software Deployment
We can deploy software for your business and can do this for a fixed fee.
- New Installation
We can install and deploy new hardware and software for a fee.
